Hi, I'm Natasha. I help wellness practitioners, wellness founders, and integrative health practices build brands that mean something and actually grow. In 2020, I saw a clear pattern in the wellness space: talented coaches and practitioners with incredible expertise, but no brand foundation. They were great at what they did. They just couldn't package it in a way that made people want to work with them which meant struggling with solid income and staying in business.
I'd been there myself. So I decided to focus on it full-time, building personal brands for wellness practitioners and founders. Mentoring coaches and wellness entrepreneurs and strategizing for major health brands on their positioning, messaging, and organic content for the past 5+ years has led to many becoming high 6 and 7 figure businesses. And there’s more to come in 2026!

My background
10+ years in wellness and brand marketing.
I started my career in fashion marketing, then took a very intentional turn into wellness, becoming a personal trainer and running a nutrition coaching practice. That hands-on chapter shaped how I understand behavior change, trust, and what actually helps people take action. During that time, I also built my own wellness creator brand on Instagram which led to partnerships with Nature's Way, Tonal, Fabletics, BuzzFeed, and writing for USA Today.
Eventually, I found my way back to marketing; this time focused on wellness, longevity, and health brands. I’ve supported content and strategy for wellness coaches and companies, medical practices, and biotech brands in areas like microbiome health, hormones, peptide therapy, and sexual wellness.
For a time, I also led as a Content Strategist for Viome (18 months) and Head of Marketing for Novus Anti-Aging Center (integrative clinic, nearly 2 years).
But here's what matters most: While doing these brand builds, I found my sweet spot: combining the consumer psychology I learned coaching clients one-on-one, the content strategy from major brand partnerships, the marketing operations from running a clinic, and the hands-on experience building personal brands from scratch.
I've been the practitioner, the consumer, the strategist, and the marketer. I understand this world because I've lived every side of it.

Hailey Hackett
Integrative Strategist & Human Design Specialist
Hailey develops content creation trainings for the staff of integrative health practices. She's currently in fellowship at UCLA's Integrative Medicine Center, where she manages digital strategy and content. She also is a certified Human Design strategist and Reiki master, helping translate Human Design into practical integration for the Brand Mentorship + HD program.
Mario creates all the Visual Branding Suites, bringing over 10 years of experience as a brand director and visual designer. Based in Lima, Peru, he specializes in hospitality, wellness and health brand identity— creating cohesive visual systems that feel authentic and professional. He's bilingual (Spanish/English) and has worked with brands across North and South America.
